The staff really went above and beyond to help us get settled, even storing our bags while we enjoyed some amazing crepes nearby. I loved chilling out in the comfortable lounge area after a long day, and the cozy jazz-themed atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. My only minor complaint was the bath towels could be a bit fluffier, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Convenient stay with a warm touch
The hotel's location near multiple metro lines was a game-changer, allowing us to explore Paris with ease. The staff were exceptionally helpful, providing great dining recommendations and making our stay welcoming.
While the room provided a comfortable refuge, I did notice some noise from neighboring guests, which occasionally disturbed my sleep. Hopefully, thicker bath towels could enhance the overall experience.

The cleaning crew needs to be more efficient!!! The elevator system is a disaster during peak hours, forcing guests to climb stairs with their luggage. Additionally, share more information regarding room facilities—cut down on the confusion!!!
